摘要
合成了3种不同相对分子质量的双端氨基(聚)酰胺酸,且以此和3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基-二苯基甲烷(MOCA)为扩链剂,分别制备了聚氨酯弹性体,并对该系列进行了表征,研究了其性能和微相分离情况。结果表明,以(聚)酰胺酸为扩链剂合成的聚氨酯弹性体具有明显的微相分离结构,并具有较好的耐热性和机械性能。
In this study, three kinds of double-amino end-capping (poly)imide acids with different molecular weights were synthesized. These (poly)amide acids were used with Moca as chain extender to prepare the PU elastomers. This series of elastomer were characterized. Properties and micro-phase separation were investigated. The results showed that the PU with (poly)imide acids as extender had a clear structure of micro-phase separation and good thermal stability and mechanical properties.
