衡水湖氮素利用细菌分布研究

A Study of the Distribution of Nitrogen Utilization Bacteria in Hengshui Lake

研究了衡水湖水体5个样点:深水区、大赵闸、芦苇区、香蒲区、南关闸氮素利用细菌的水平分布与季节变化.研究结果表明,固氮菌、氨氧化细菌、亚硝酸氧化细菌的分布数量都比较少,其水平分布为深水区>大赵闸>芦苇区>香蒲区>南关闸.硝酸盐还原菌与脱氮菌的数量较多,其水平分布为深水区<大赵闸<芦苇区<香蒲区<南关闸.各类细菌的季节变化情况基本上是夏、秋季节比春、冬季节多.

A study is made on the horizontal distribution and seasonal fluctuation of nitrogen utilization bacteria in five sampling points of Hengshui Lake： Deepwater Area, Dazhaozha, Reed Area and Cattail Area and Nanguanzha. The results show that there are fewer azotobacter, ammonia oxidizing bacteria and nitrite-oxidizing bacteria, and their horizontal distribution is as follows： Deepwater Area〉Dazhaozha〉Reed Area 〉 Cattail Area 〉Nanguanzha, However, there are more nitratereducing bacteria and denitrifier, and their horizontal distribution is： Deepwater〈Dazhaozha〈Reed Area〈Cattail Area 〈 Nanguanzha. And, as for the different kinds of bacteria, there are more bacteria of them in summer and autumn than in spring and winter.
