摘要
研究了衡水湖水体5个样点:深水区、大赵闸、芦苇区、香蒲区、南关闸氮素利用细菌的水平分布与季节变化.研究结果表明,固氮菌、氨氧化细菌、亚硝酸氧化细菌的分布数量都比较少,其水平分布为深水区>大赵闸>芦苇区>香蒲区>南关闸.硝酸盐还原菌与脱氮菌的数量较多,其水平分布为深水区<大赵闸<芦苇区<香蒲区<南关闸.各类细菌的季节变化情况基本上是夏、秋季节比春、冬季节多.
A study is made on the horizontal distribution and seasonal fluctuation of nitrogen utilization bacteria in five sampling points of Hengshui Lake: Deepwater Area, Dazhaozha, Reed Area and Cattail Area and Nanguanzha. The results show that there are fewer azotobacter, ammonia oxidizing bacteria and nitrite-oxidizing bacteria, and their horizontal distribution is as follows: Deepwater Area〉Dazhaozha〉Reed Area 〉 Cattail Area 〉Nanguanzha, However, there are more nitratereducing bacteria and denitrifier, and their horizontal distribution is: Deepwater〈Dazhaozha〈Reed Area〈Cattail Area 〈 Nanguanzha. And, as for the different kinds of bacteria, there are more bacteria of them in summer and autumn than in spring and winter.
