With the development of modem information technology, remote network education enters people＇s daily life gradually. Hengshui, as a newly-established prefecture-level city in Hebei Province, predominantly features the ＂three rural＂. It＇s quite necessary to switch the people＇s backward thought and improve their technology and conduct lifelong learning for the deficiency of its higher education resources and comparatively undeveloped economy. And this paper probes seriously the problem of how to carry out remote network education effectively.
