摘要
GDSS的发展是技术支持和组织扁平化的结果,本文提出了对会议组织者工作内容研究;会议组织工作、会议进程的计划与设计、会议的准备与开始、会议的进程控制。
Technology development and organization horizontalization resulted in GDSS. This paper presents the content of facilitators work in GDSS meeting: (1) organizing and staffing the meeting group; (2) process planing and design; (3) preparation and setup; and(4) process management.
