高校当前的德育困境主要在于学生主体作用不明显,德育内化动力不足,德育通道受阻,从而造成德育效能低下。而大学生成才观教育在大众化教育背景下,地位和作用越来越重要,可以成为高校德育的重要载体,其优势在于大学生成才观教育需求大,动力强,成才观教育体系宽泛,可充实的内容多,而且成才观教育切合实际,能够抓住关键问题。因此,通过全面实施职业生涯规划课程,进一步加强生命教育、生存教育和人生观教育,即"三生教育",并深入开展大学生社会实践活动,广泛推行全程式就业指导教育等形式以全面落实大学生成才观教育,必将成为德育工作新的动力源。

The main issues on current moral education of university lie in the vague function, insufficient power, and blocked channel, which lead to its low efficiency. While in the context of popularization education, the train- ing education is becoming more and more important in position and function, and can become an important carri- er of the university moral education, whose advantage is its big demand, strong motivation, wide education system, and open to enrich the content of general education. Furthermore, it is practical and can hold the key problems. Through the comprehensive implementation of career planning course, it can become the new power to further strengthen life education, survival education and education of view of life, further carry out social practice activity, and widely practice all forms of employment education.
