尿中MMP-9及MMP9-NGAL复合物对筛查乳腺疾病的临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的检测妇女尿中MMP-9及MMP-9/NGAL复合物,对乳腺疾病是否具有筛查作用。方法采用明胶酶底物电泳法,检测正常女性(60例)、乳腺良性疾病病人(41例)、乳腺癌病人(127例)尿中MMP-9及MMP-9/NGAL复合物的表达。结果乳腺疾病(乳腺良性疾病+乳腺癌)尿中MMP-9及MMP-9/NGAL复合物,与正常女性比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。乳腺癌病人尿中MMP-9及MMP-9/NGAL复合物,与正常女性比较差异非常显著(P<0.01)。乳腺良性疾病与正常女性比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论检测尿中MMP-9及MMP-9/NGAL复合物,对乳腺疾病的筛查具有重要意义。尤其对乳腺癌筛查更具意义。 Objectives To investigate the potential of urinary MMP-9 and MMP-9/NGAL complex as screening breast disease in female population. Methods Urinary MMP-9 and MMP-9/NGAL complex were detected with substrate zymography gel eleetrophoresis. Urine samples were collected from healthy women (n= 60),benign breast disease (n= 41), and patients with breast cancer (n=127). Results Urinary MMP-9 and MMP-9/NGAL complex in breast disease (benign breast disease patients and breast cancer ) was higher than that in normal women (P〈0. 01). Urinary MMP-9 and MMP-9/NGAL complex in breast cancer was higher than that in n normal women (P〈0. 01) and in patients with benign breast disease (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Detection of urinary MMP-9, and MMP-9/NGAL complex may be a screening maker of breast disease in female population, especially for screen early breast cancer.
