原发灶不明颈部淋巴结转移癌的放射治疗进展

摘要 原发灶不明颈部淋巴结转移癌的诊断困难,治疗存在争议。放射治疗是原发灶不明颈部淋巴结转移癌主要治疗方法。近年来分子影像学及适形调强放疗被用于其诊断及治疗,为精确放疗提供了依据,本文就国内外放射治疗的有关进展进行综述。
