急诊科不同类型护士工作压力现状的调查分析

摘要 目的调查急诊科护士工作压力的现状并分析其相关因素。方法采取方便抽样对成都市内4所医院的急诊科护士共120名进行工作压力源量表问卷调查。采用SPSS 11.0统计软件进行t检验和单因素方差分析。结果急诊科护士群体排在前三位的压力因素是工作量及时间分配、护理专业与工作、工作环境及资源;不同岗位、不同性别、不同学历、不同编制的急诊科护士应对共同工作压力的表现均存在差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论护理管理者应根据护士的不同性别、不同岗位、不同护龄、不同编制有针对性地给予减压措施,减轻影响护士身心健康因素,以提高临床护理工作质量。 Objective To investigate the work stress of nurses in emergency department and analysis of the source of the relevant factors. Methods 120 nurses were investigated with Stressor Scale questionnaire. Results The top three factors of the press factors were workload and time allocation, the nursing profession and work, working conditions and resources. Different positions, different gender, different education, different from the preparation of the emergency de- partment nurses to work together to deal with pressure performance differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Care managers should be based on different sex, different positions, different age care, different preparation given decompression targeted measures to reduce the impact of physical and mental health nurses factors in order to improve the quality of clinical care.
