摘要
比较了耐热铝合金线和普通硬铝线的性能,结果表明耐热铝合金线在高温下具有较好的耐热性。介绍了耐热铝合金导线的性能,说明采用耐热铝合金导线输电技术能够增大导线输送电流,提高线路输送容量,适用于发电厂大电流的输送。耐热铝合金导线高温运行时,导线弧垂较大,线路损耗也较大,因此在工程实际应用时,需要确定导线的型号、设计线路的允许工作温度以及适用的耐热金具。
The properties of heat-resisting aluminum-alloy wire and common hard-draw aluminum wire are compared. The results show that heat-resisting aluminum-alloy wire owns better heat resistance. The properties of heat-resisting aluminum- alloy conductor are described. It is indicated that using transmission technology of heat-resisting aluminum-alloy conductor can increase the transmission current of conductor, improve the transmission capacity of line, and is fit for large current transmission of power plant. When heat-resisting aluminum-alloy conductor is in high-temperature operation, its sag and line loss are larger. Therefore, when it is used in project, the type of conductor, the allowable running temperature of line and the hardware fittings need to be determined carefully.
