摘要 提出了一种基于双数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP)与复杂可编程逻辑器(complexprogrammable logic device,CPLD)的微机继电保护测试仪,分析了装置内高精度信号发生主控模块和人机交互模块中各硬件电路的原理及功能,概述了功率放大电路及其保护、自检电路的设计,阐述了主控模块的系统程序设计方法并定义了内部通信协议。装置采用嵌入式实时操作系统设计人机交互系统软件,以确保监控的实时性。基于双DSP与CPLD的微机继电保护测试仪体积小,质量轻,运行可靠,能够满足各种常规继电器和微机保护装置的测试要求。 A micro-chip relay protection test device based on dual digital signal processor (DSP) and complex programmable logic device (CPLD) is presented. The hardware circuit mechanism and function of control module generating high-fidelity signals and man-machine interface (MMI) module are analyzed; the design on protective and self-checking circuit of power amplifier is outlined. The rules of designing on a control module program are illustrated with internal communication protocol defined. The adoption of built-in real-time operation system guarantees the real-time monitoring performance of MMI module. The micro-chip relay protection test device based on dual DSP and CPLD is light, portable and reliable, which can meet test requirements of all kinds of common relays and microcomputer-based relay devices.
