摘要
为解决火电厂汽轮机循环水泵巴氏合金推力瓦易出现磨损、温度偏高甚至被烧损等故障的问题,在分析了弹性金属塑料瓦技术性能的基础上,提出以弹性金属塑料瓦代替巴氏合金瓦的技术改造方案。以沙角A电厂4号机组7号循环水泵推力瓦的技术改造为例,介绍了安装弹性金属塑料瓦时应注意的问题、报警与事故停机温度整定方法,并对改造前后推力瓦的技术性和经济性进行了比较。改造后的运行情况表明,采用弹性金属塑料瓦代替巴氏合金瓦能有效地降低推力瓦的温度,减少设备可能出现故障的风险,提高设备运行的安全性和可靠性。
On account of the fact that Babbitt thrust bearing shoe of turbine circulating water pump in thermal power plant easily suffers abrasion, high temperature or even burnout, etc. , the technical property of elastic metallic-plastic segment is analyzed, and the technical transformation scheme replacing Babbitt segment with elastic metallic-plastic segment is offered. Citing the transformation of No. 7 circulating pump thrust bearing shoe of Unit 4 in Shajiao A Power Station, matters needing attention while installing elastic metallic-plastic segment as well as alarm and emergency shutdown temperature setting are described. The technical performance and economical efficiency of thrust bearing shoe before and after the transformation are compared. Operation afterwards shows that replacing Babbitt segment with elastic metallic-plastic segment can efficiently lower the temperature of thrust bearing shoe, reducing fault risks of equipment and improve the operation security and reliability of equipment.
