摘要 针对AP1000压水堆核电站的特点,对AP1000常规岛主要热力管道可考虑选用的各种材料的化学成分及力学性能进行综合对比分析,给出各热力管道对应的推荐选用材料:主蒸汽、旁路蒸汽管道和主给水管道选用WB36CN1材料,凝结水管道选用20+Cr材料,过热抽汽管道选用20号钢,湿度较大的抽汽管道选用AP335P11材料。 According to the character of AP1000 pressurized-water reactor nuclear power station, the chemical constituents and mechanical properties of all kinds of materials which may be selected for the main thermodynamic piping on AP1000 conventional island are compared and analyzed. Corresponding materials for different thermodynamic pipelines are recommended, i.e. WB36CN1 material for main steam, bypass steam and main feedwater piping, 20 + Cr material for condensate water piping, Steel 20 for superheated bled steam piping, and AP335P11 material for damp bled steam piping.
