组织公平感、变革导向与组织承诺关系研究——以高校合并背景为例 被引量:1

摘要 20世纪90年代以来,中国高等教育界掀起了一股规模巨大的高校合并过程。本文以高校合并为研究背景,探究了组织公平与合并后组织承诺的关系。结果显示,程序公平是组织承诺的显著预测变量。变革导向调节组织公平和组织承诺之间的关系。
