血吸虫病是一种严重危害人类健康的人兽共患寄生虫病,主要流行于亚洲、非洲和拉丁美洲等地区。采用疫苗防治该病是当前研究的热点。本文对血吸虫32ku天冬酰胺内肽酶的蛋白质疫苗、DNA疫苗和重组分枝杆菌疫苗等方面的研究现状进行了综述。

Schistosomiasis is a type of zoonosis that seriously endangers human health and is mainly prevalent in 76 counties and regions that include Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Recent research has emphasized the control this disease by use of a vaccine. This review outlines the status of research on protein vaccines, DNA vaccines, and rBCG vaccines involving a 32-ku asparaginyl cndopeptidase vaccine for schistosomiasis.
