半挂车牵引关系异常对轮胎磨损影响的仿真

摘要 半挂车前轴轮胎异常磨损的原因很多,文章定性分析了三轴平行但与车架不垂直以及牵引三角不等边长对半挂车轮胎磨损的影响。采用虚拟样机技术进行了整车建模,并做了动力学仿真。表明三轴平行但与车架不垂直以及牵引销前三角不等边长都会使半挂车各轴轮胎受到侧偏力的作用,加剧轮胎的磨损。并且前轴轮胎受到的侧偏力绝对值比中后轴轮胎受到的侧偏力绝对值大,更容易磨损。 Many reasons result in the front axle tires wear of semi-trailer, and this paper makes qualitative analysis on the influence exerted by triaxiality parallel being non-perpendicular to frame and scalene traction-pin-triangle to the semi-trailer's tire wear. The vehicle model is built by adopting virtual prototype technology, and dynamics simulation is conducted. It indicates that the triaxiality parallel being non-perpendicular to frame and scalene traction-pin-triangle to the semi-trailer will exert cornering force on each tire of the semi-traile as well as the wear of tires will be intensified. What's more, the absolute value of the front axle tire is larger than that of the middle and the rear axle tires, so the front axle tires are vulnerable to wear
