摘要
目前,人们越来越注重驾乘操作的舒适性和便捷性。文章采用基于LabVIEW的虚拟仪器软件平台,设计了汽车空调控制板综合检测系统。该系统采用PCI—1711数据采集卡采集各类传感器信号,采用PCL—839P运动控制卡实现自动化检测,利用LabVIEW完成数据采集及分析处理,具有成本低、效率高及易操作等优点。并在测试结果的基础上,验证了汽车空调控制板操作舒适度客观性评价的方法。
At present, people are paying more attention to the operation comfort and convenience of their vehicles. Based on the virtual instrument development system LabVIEW, the integrative testing system for control panel of automobile air conditioning is designed in this paper. By adopting PCI-1711 as the hardware for acquiring various sensor signals, PCL-839P as a motion control card for automatic testing and LabVIEW for data acquisition and analysis, this system can collect the characteristic data of the control panel. It has low cost, and it is efficient and easy for using. According to the test data, it has proved that the way mentioned in this paper to objectively judge the operation comfort of air conditioning control panel is feasible.
