摘要
对摩托车在室外进行应变谱采集,得出车架的应力分布。利用n-Soft软件对样本数据进行计数,并进行里程外推。运用Matlab编程将数据转换为等幅值应力,结合修正Miner理论进行疲劳累积损伤计算,得到测试点的疲劳寿命值,为摩托车车架改进设计和优化提供依据。
In this paper, with the acquisition of stress spectrum on motorcycle outdoor, the stress distribution on frame is obtained. Then, N -Soft software is used to count the samples and carry out mileage extrapolation. And then Matlab programming is used to convert the data to constant amplitude stress, cumulative damage of fatigue is calculated combined with modified Miner theory, and the value of the fatigue life is obtained in the test points, which provides basis for motorcycle frame improvement and optimization.
