摘要 本文研究了铁阻抑过硫酸钾氧化甲基红这一新的指示反应的动学条件,建立了负催化光度法测定痕量铁的新方法。检出限为0.4ng/ml测定范围为0~0.08μg╱25ml。本文用于人发和井水中痕量铁的测定,结果令人满意。 In this paper a new indication reaction and kinetic conditions have been studied, in wich iron can prevent the oxidation of methyl red by potassium persulfate and a new anti-catalytic spectrophotometry for determining trace Fe(Ⅲ) is established. The determination limit of the method is 0.4 ng/ml and the determination range of Fe(Ⅲ) is from O to 0.08 μg/25ml. The method is used for the detenmination of iron in water and human hair samples. The results are satisfactory.
