本文介绍了利用蟾蜍(bufo)小肠上皮细胞制备染色体切片的方法步骤,并与常规的骨髓细胞染色体切片制备进行了对照。结果表明:利用蒸馏水低渗处理小肠上皮细胞制备染色体切片具有操作简便,费用低,费时短,细胞中期分裂相多,染色体清晰等优点。

The article introduce a method of using intestine epithelial cell of the toad (bufo) to prepare ehromosome samples. This method has many advantages over routine method, such an simple operation,low price, short time, high mitotic intex cell, clear chromsome.
