注射用舒巴坦钠含量测定方法研究

目的:分析测定注射用舒巴坦钠的含量。方法:利用高效液相色谱法。结果:该方法在0.08mg/ml^0.8mg/ml范围内舒巴坦钠面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为Y=3.256E-4X+1.859E-1(r=0.999)。回收率为99.7%,RSD=0.15%。结论:方法简便,快速,准确,适用于该产品质量控制。

Objective：Deveioped a method for the assay of Sulbactam Sodium for Injection. Methods：Usingthe High Performance Liquid Chro- matography. esults：standard curve of lmipenem peak area and concentration was linear in the concentration range of 0.2mg/ml-l.6 mg/ml,the regression equation：Y= 3.256E-4X＋1.859E-1 （r=0.999）, the recovery was 99.7%, RSD=0.15%o Conclusion：The method is simple ,rapid and accurate,and suitable method is established for the quality control of the drug.
