摘要
本文论述了信息技术和一个广阔的应用领域,即项目管理领域,从项目管理的特征提出了现行的项目管理软件的不足之处,提出了设计更好满足项目管理需求的项目管理信息系统的构想,简要介绍了现在流行的项目管理软件MS Project4.0的功能和其在中国大陆企业中的应用现状。
A broad application field of information technology (IT), the field of project management, is described in this paper, Concerning the characteristics of project management, the paper points out the drawbacks of popular project manage ment software, and introduces concisely the functions of MS Project 4.0, one of the most popular project management soft ware, and the application of this tool in Chinese(Mainland) enterprises.
