The Definition and Design of Organizational Decision Support Systems: An Explorative Study

组织决策支持系统(OBSS)的研究在国内和国际都还处在一个起步的阶段。本文在阐述ODSS产生的必要前提下,比较了组织决策过程同群体决策过程的区别,给出了ODSS的一个探索性定义,并由此归纳出一个ODSS的设计框架。文章的结尾给出了作者对ODSS实现难点的看法和需要做的进一步研究。

The concept of Organizational Decision Support System (ODSS) is still young. This article compares the organizational decision processes with the group decision processes, giving an explorative definition of ODSS, On this foundation, we derive a design framework of ODSS, At last, we emphasize some research directions, not a complete listing of all questions, related to ODSS.
