浅析婴幼儿手术分离性焦虑及其护理干预措施 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析婴幼儿手术时的心理状况,总结减少婴幼儿手术分离性焦虑的护理干预措施,以提高手术护理质量。方法随机抽取手术患儿40例。分成实验组和时照纽各20例,采用不同护理措施,通过儿童焦虑量表(CCMD-3)进行评分。结果实验组患儿未出现明显的分离性焦虑情绪,而对照组患儿则出现明显的分离性焦虑情绪。结论合理的护理干预措施能有效降低患儿手术时的分离性焦虑情绪,提高手术护理质量。
