广州骑楼初探

On exploration of arcade in Guangzhou

从地理、文化、环境心理与历史因素等方面对广州骑楼的产生、发展和衰落进行了分析,表述了骑楼建筑与社会发展中旧城改造之间的矛盾及自己的一些看法,指出现代都市发展变迁中,对广州骑楼进行保护和改善具有现实意义。

From the geography, the culture, the environmental psychology and historical factors, the paper analyzes the formation, the development and fading, indicates the contradiction between the arcade construction and the reform of old cities in the social development as well as own opinion, and points out it has significance for the protection and improvment of the arcade in Guangzhou in the development of modern cities.
