摘要
以昆明富民为例,利用GIS技术对城市规划三维建模的实现方法进行了研究,在发展城市建设及旅游,保护自然环境需求的前提下,依据三维模型对研究区城市的功能结构布局进行合理的规划,结果表明,利用GIS三维建模可以为城市规划工作提供科学的决策依据。
Taking Fumin county of Kunming city as example, it researches on the implementation of the 3D model of urban planning by adopting GIS technique. According to 3D model, the functional structure layout of the concerned region is rationally planned under the condition of developing urban construction and tourism, as well as protecting natural environment. The result shows that the GIS 3D model can provide scientific decision reference to urban planning.
