摘要
对施工过程中预应力构件的应力损失的产生原因进行了分析,分别从加热养护、锚具变形、钢筋应力松弛、孔道摩擦四个方面进行了论述,并根据现场施工经验对各种应力损失提出了减损方法,以达到减少构件开裂,提高其耐久性的目的。
In view of the stress loss of prestressed components encountered in construction reasons caused the stress loss are analyzed, at the same time from four aspects: heating curing, deformation of anchor device, stress relaxation of reinforcement bar and friction with the wall of duct discussion is made. According to field construction experiences practical methods are proposed to reduce various stress losses in order to reduce cracking of prestressed components to increase durability of structure.
