Mechanical analysis on sandwich board and its optimization

摘要 以总重量最轻为目标函数,以强度和刚度作为约束条件,对冲孔夹芯板进行分析,采用Optistruct求解器,依据分析的结果,对夹芯板进行优化设计,既降低了制造成本同时也减小了夹芯板传给主体结构的荷载。 Taking the lightest gross weight as objective function, the strength and stiffness as the constraints, this paper analyzes the punched sandwich boards and based on the analysis result, adapting the Optistruct resolver, this carries out the optimization design of the sandwich boards, which not only reduces the constructing cost but also lowers the sandwich's load upon the main structure.
