混凝土砌块墙体抹灰开裂空鼓的原因及控制

Study on the reasons caused the cracking and hollowing of floated coat on concrete block wall and control measures

针对轻质加气混凝土砌块墙体抹灰层存在着空鼓、开裂等质量通病,对抹灰层的空鼓和开裂现象进行了分析,在施工过程中制定了相应的质量控制措施,采用改进后的施工工艺进行施工,抹灰层的施工质量取得了较好的效果,从而为类似工程施工提供指导。

In view of the hollowing, cracking and common quality defects of the floated coat on light-weight aerated concrete block wall the reasons caused the cracking and hollowing of floating coat are analyzed, at the same time corresponding quality control measures are proposed. Practice show improved construction technology receive good construction quality and effect of floated coat in order to provide instruction to similar works.
