外墙体渗漏的几点思考

On consideration for leakage of exterior walls

结合工作实践,针对施工过程中遇到的外墙体渗漏现象,分别分析了混凝土结构墙体、砌体、墙面装饰面层裂缝等不同结构不同部位渗漏的原因,并提出相应的预防措施和治漏方法,以期指导类似工程施工。

Combining with work practice, the paper aiming at the leakage on exterior walls in the construction process, analyzes the reason for the leakage in various structures and parts, such as the concrete structure walls, the masonry, the wall decoration and cracks, and points out respective prevention measures and methods to stop leakage, so as to direct similar construction.
