阐述了国外工程管理专业设置及定位情况,总结了我国工程管理专业的发展历程,分析了存在的问题以及解决方法,指出持续创新与工程实践密切结合是现代工程管理最本质的功能和永恒的话题。

Specialty provision and orientation situations of engineering management at abroad are elaborated. The developing course of domestic engineering management specialty is summarized. Based upon analysis of the questions existed corresponding resolving measures are proposed. Author pointed out that close combination of sustainable innovation and engineering practice is the most essential function of modem engineering management and eternal topic.
