浅谈土建工程质量检查员管理程序

结合自身工作实践,探讨了土建工程质量检查员现场管理程序,从开工前的质量策划,现场检查落实事项,对检查数据的分析,细部重点控制四方面具体阐述了质量检查员在施工现场如何管理,并进行了总结,以期业内人士学习和共同提高。

Combined with self-working experiences on-site management program of quality inspectors of civil engineering is discussed. From four aspects： quality planning before start, implementation situations of spot inspection, analysis of examination data and major control of detail construction site management method of quality inspectors is elaborated and summarized, in order to give references to members engaged in relevant area.
