介绍了建设工程监理中组织协调工作的定义及其重要意义,在此基础上,从系统方法的角度对建设工程监理中的组织协调进行了分析和探讨,阐述了监理组织协调中应注意的问题,以期为工程监理及建设创造良好环境,确保监理总目标的实现。
The paper introduces the definition of the organization coordination in the construction management and its importance significance, analyzes and explores the organization coordination in the construction project supervision from system aspects, and illustrates the precautions in the supervision organization coordination, so as to create better environment of the project supervision and construction, and ensure the realization of the supervision genera/aims.
