摘要
针对如何降低项目成本这一严峻课题,从项目经理、体制、施工过程控制三方面分析了项目成本管理中存在的普遍问题,具体阐述了提高项目成本管理效率的方法,并提出建议,以期取得良好的经济效益。
Aiming at the severe problem of how to reduce the program＇s costs, the paper from the program management, the system, the con- struction process control, analyzes the common problems in the costs management, illustrates the methods to improve the efficiency of the costs management, and points out some suggestions, so as to obtain better economic benefits.
