摘要
对郑州铁路局1996年4月至1997年12月客车车轮损伤情况进行的统计分析结果表明,客车车轮各种形式的损伤在一年内均有其高峰期;列车运行速度提高后,车轮的损伤加重。车辆所使用制动闸瓦材料对车轮的损伤有一定的影响;不同运行方向的车轮损伤情况也存在着显著的差别。
By using statistical data supplied by Zhengzhou Railroad Division in the period from April, 1996 to December, 1997, the investigations were made on the failure behaviors of railroad passage car wheel. The analyzing results suggest that the failure distribution with time of the railroad car wheel is uneven, which got peak values in the period of July to August and January to February. At the same, some working conditions, such as velocity, the materials of the brake shoe used and the line directions, also influence the failure rate of the car wheels.
