丁腈橡胶5080(NBR-5080)适用于制造在航空油料中工作的活动或固定密封件和活门件,但HP-8B航空润滑油会引起密封件的收缩造成密封件失效。采用NBR-5080表面施涂氟碳涂层的方法提高其耐油性。通过对比分析丁腈橡胶与含氟碳涂层丁腈橡胶的表面接触角、表面形貌、耐油性及力学性能等,研究丁腈橡胶耐航空润滑油HP-8B的性能。结果表明:氟碳涂层NBR-5080的表面均匀一致、耐油性得到改善、力学性能基本保持不变。
NBR-5080 can be applied to manufacture seat components and valve components, but HP-8B aviation lubricant may cause the shrinkage of the seal components and lead to their failure. With fluorocarbon coating, the oil-resistance of NBR-5080 can be improved. By contrasting the surface contact angle, surface appearance, oil-resistance and mechanical properties of NBR- 5080 without and with fluorocarbon coating, the oil-resistance of NBR-5080 to HP-8B lubricant was investigated. The results show that with fluorocarbon coating the surface of NBR-5080 is more homogeneous, oil-resistance can be improved and the mechanical properties have not been affected.
