摘要
在预试验基础上,采用电阻法原理研制了食品物料共晶温度测试系统,并成功地应用于多种蔬菜共晶点的测试。
On the basis of preliminary experiment, general crystal temperature testing system is designed using principle of testing resistance. General crystal temperature of four kinds of material are tested successfully using the testing system.
