儿童囊性部分分化性肾母细胞瘤一例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿：男，18个月龄，因体检发现右肾占位性病变6个月内明显增大入院，患儿除右侧腹部明显膨隆外，无明显自觉症状。检查身体：右上腹部膨隆，可扪及质韧包块，边界清楚，表面光滑，压痛不明显。化验检查：红细胞计数4．99×10^12，血红蛋白124g／L，红细胞压积0．38，
