SOME WRONG CONCLUSIONS IN "TECHNICAL BASE OF OPTICAL FIBERS COMMUNICATION

指出了《光纤通信技术基础》一书中的诸多错误，如认为HE11模的电力线、磁力线是同心圆，以及将两个用于不同范畴的假码概率（同时也就将两个用于不同范畴的漏码概率）混为一谈等。在指出错误的同时，还提出了纵模是频率问题而横模是场结构问题等看法。

The paper has pointed out that there are some errors in the book called ″Technical Base of Optical Fibers Communicationn″. For example, there is a wrong conclusion in the book that the electric line of force and magnetic line of force of HE(11) mode are circles of the same centre, and two false code rates used in different categories (as well as two missed code rates used in different categeries) are taken as the same. Meanwhile, the paper has pot forward some ideas such as the idea that longitudinal modes deal with frequency while horizontal modes deal with field structure.
