摘要
采用齿轮啮合时的冲击角加速度来描述和判别齿轮传动噪声的大小,并推导出冲击角加速度公式,经实验验证,该公式是正确的,所得结果为低噪声齿轮传动设计提供了一定的理论依据.
Gear transmission noise is described and compared with the shock angle acceleration in gear meshing in this paper. And the formula of the shock angle acceration is deduced. The formula is verified by experiment. The result provides a certain theoretical basis for the design of low noise gear transmission.
