摘要
针对实测轴心轨迹受噪声污染而不易获得清晰特征的问题,提出采用不分层分析的谐波窗方法来提纯碰摩转子的轴心轨迹。该方法在研究谐波小波频段分解的基础上,实现了任意频段的任意细化,能将感兴趣的频段在不分层的情况下任意提取出来并进行时域重构,得到某一个或几个频段对应的提纯轴心轨迹。从小型转子试验台所测的振动数据中成功提取并合成了碰摩转子前7阶频率成分对应的轴心轨迹,表明该方法在转子轴心轨迹提纯方面确实具有独特的优势,且算法简单,易于实现,为转子轴心轨迹的提纯创造了条件。
In order to refine a rotor center's orbit,a novel refinement approach free from decomposition was proposed by using a harmonic window method.Based on researches for part decomposition in frequency domain,this method is capable of decomposing the arbitrary detail into the frequency section,then the interested frequency band could be extracted and reconstructed in the time domain,so the refinement of rotor center's orbit in one or more interested frequency bands could be realized.The advantage of the harmonic window method in rotor center's orbit refinement has been proved by the successful refinement of first seven frequency sections from the miniature rotor test-bed's vibration signals.This method also has a simple algorithm and is easy to be realized,which provides a new method for refinement of rotor center' orbit.
