摘要
低聚糖作为甜味剂有着优越的功能:难消化,低能量,增加肠内双歧杆菌,降低血液中的油脂和胆固醇,改善肠内微生物群,促进动物生长,防龋齿,防糖尿病等.本文对低聚糖及其生产方法.低聚糖作食品添加剂的功能作了简单介绍.
Oligosaccharide having 2~10 units is a kind of functional sweetener, which havse becen of major interest due to their favorable propertes, such as low calorie, increase of bifidobacterium, consecutive improvement of intestinal microbial flora, promotion of animal growth, relief of constipation, decrease of total cholesteral and lipid in serum, anti-tooth decay and anti-diabetes. This review presents its functional properties and application as food additive as well as its production method.
