线性时变控制系当控制矩阵不列满秩时按转移矩阵配置的问题，已在文［１］中讨论了，得到了一个计算状态反馈阵的公式．在此基础上，本文用矩阵理论证明了该公式在Ｆ范数下误差矩阵最小．

The problem for linear controt system to be placed with transfer matrixes has been discussed without full column ranks of control Matrixes in anther paper.Under this condition,it is proved here that F-norm of errors matrixes computed by the new of formula is minimum.
