钻式采煤机传动部优化设计

摘要 讨论了弧齿锥齿轮传动的优点,并利用枚举法在非线性规划问题优化中的优越性,对钻式采煤机减速器以体积最小为目标,以齿面接触疲劳强度、齿根弯曲疲劳强度、不干涉条件等为约束建立数学模型,并用Matlab进行优化得到最优解。其尺寸的减小对整机体积减小和巷道宽度减小有重要意义。 The advantages of the spiral bevel gear drive was analyzed. Made use of the enumerate algorithm advantage in the optimal of nonlinear programming problem, set up the mathematic model by the least volume of the coal auger transmission part, tooth surface contact fatigue strength, tooth root bending fatigue strength, non-interference conditions as constraints, got the optimized value. Minimized the volume has an important meaning to the size of the machine and the roadway width.
