摘要
介绍以德纳C5000变矩器部件为物理模型,通过运用三坐标测量技术和分步测量的方法得到变矩器箱体的数字化模型,利用3DSS激光扫描技术,得到变矩器工作轮流道和循环圆的点云,通过CATIA逆向工程模块实现了两者的精确定位,从而得到变矩器工作轮的数字化模型。最终实现变矩器部件的数字化样机。
Taking troque converter components assembly as phyfical model was introduced. The digital model of the case of troque converter is got by using coordinate measuring technology and stepwise measure. With 3DSS laster scanner technique, the clouds of spures of the wheels and trus sections is got. With the module of reverse engineering in CATIA,accurate positioning of the clouds is achieved and the digital modle of three wheels is completed. So the digital prototype of the troque converter components assembly is completed.
