滚动轴承寿命与状态特征参数关系的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过自制轴承试验台完成了轴承完好、轴承外圈有损伤、滚子有损伤等5种工况的带载运行跟踪试验,测得了大量的振动信息,再经过分析处理,获得了反映轴承寿命演变规律的幅值域、频域和小波包分频带能量值等参数随运行时间的变化关系,较好地掌握了轴承磨损损坏的发展变化规律。 Using the self-made beating experiment bench, the tracking experiments in load with five conditions were conducted, such as bearing in good condition, bearing with damage in outer ring and in roller respectively. So a large number of vibration signals were obtained which were analyzed in order to obtain the relationship among amplitude domain, frequency domain and wavelet packets frequency d^vision energy which reflected the development law of bearing life. Also the development law during bearing wear was mastered better.
