摘要 巷道用自移式辅助支护设备是一种新型的井下临时支护设备。它与掘进机配套使用,主要用于对掘进工作面的临时支护,保证掘进机的连续作业,实现机掘巷道临时支护的机械化作业。临时支护要求设施体积小、重量轻,结构简单,机械加工简单。对主要承载部件—顶梁进行了结构优化和有限元分析。 The optimization and finite-element analysis of self-motion assistaneed powered support equipment for roadway is using with tunneling machine,whose main aim is to supply temporary support for the heading face, so ensures continuous working of tunneling machine,increases the productivity of drift excavation, decreases hand labour for supporting, and ensures productive safety. Request facilities, small volume, light weight, simple structure, mechanical processing. Optimized and finite-element analysis on the main bearing parts-upper beam.
