摘要
通过Pro/E软件对托辊主轴进行三维建模,利用数据接口把模型导入ANSYS有限元软件,通过定义单元类型和网格划分建立有限元模型,施加约束和载荷后对其进行工作载荷作用下的有限元分析,找出最大应力应变作用点。研究结果为托辊主轴的结构设计提供理论依据。
Through the PratE to establish the geometric model of roller axles, and then put into ANSYS seamless connection between the finite element analysis. By defining element types and mesh finite element model, impose constraints and work load after its loads of finite element analysis to identify the role of point of maximum stress and strain. The research result has some reference value on the improvement and the optimization design of the axles.
