摘要
在最小量润滑(MQL)切削中,切削液以细小雾状形式被高速射入切削区,喷雾特性对加工效果有着至关重要的影响。首先应用激光三维粒子动态分析仪(3D-PDA)测试系统对MQL系统中的喷雾特性进行了研究,找出了雾滴的速度、雾滴粒径的分布规律,在此基础上,进行了车削实验,探讨了取得良好加工效果的喷雾参数。
In minimum quantity lubrication (MQL)machining,eutting fluid which is in the form of mist is sprayed into cutting zone with high speed. Spray characteristics are important to improve cutting effect. Spray characteristics were tested by a 3-dimensional particle dynamic analyzer (3D-PDA) first to find out the distribution rule of mist speed, mist diameter. The precision turning experiment was performed to discuss the preferable spray characteristics on good cutting effect.
