摘要
目的:探讨腹部手术后肠瘘的原因、治疗方法及疗效。方法:对我院2002～2008年收治的腹部手术后肠瘘19例病人临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:胃肠管吻合技术欠佳、术中误伤、腹腔引流不当及遗漏腹腔内脏器损伤是导致术后肠瘘的医源性因素。16例病人非手术治愈,3例病人确定性手术治愈。结论:如何预防术后肠瘘具有重要实际意义。治疗肠瘘的方法包括通畅引流,营养支持,必要时行肠造口和确定性手术。
Objective：To study the cause,treatment measure and curative effect of intestinal fistula after abdominal opertation. Methods：The clinical data of 19 cases of intestinal fistula after abdominal operation from 2002 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital.Results ：The iatrogenic factors for postoperative fistula were summarized as follows：the tehnique of gastrointestinal anastomosis were not well,incidental injury during operation,improper abdominal drainage and missed injury of abdominal cavity.16 patients were cured by nonoperative therapy.3 patients were cured by definite operation.Concluslon： It is of significance to investigate the prevention of intestinal fistula.The key measures of curing intestinal fistula include keeping thorough drainage,nutrition supporting,performing colostomy and definite operation in some cases.
