摘要
介绍了煤矿汽车运输的工况,分析了轮胎动平衡测试的基本原理,建立了轮胎动平衡的动力学数学模型,设计了一种适用于煤矿运输条件的轮胎动平衡测试系统,该系统具有机械结构简单、测量精度高的特点,具有一定的应用推广价值。
Conditions of motor vehicle transportation on the coal mines were understood, basis principles of dynamic balance measuring of the tires were analyzed, dynamics of mathematical model of dynamic balance of the tires was established. One kind of dynamic balance measuring system of the tires being suitable to coal mine transportation conditions was designed. This system has simple mechanical structure and high precision measurement, and characteristics of popularizing value.
